OK to be fair I am sure I shouldn't be the target audience for this book but bookbub offered it for free so why not? Well there are many reasons so to start, a book that touches upon rape and murder probably isn't ideal for the younger reader, whilst the lack of artifice in the story telling suggests it is aimed at young people and the "oh I'm in love, oh what shall I do?" attitude of the main character screams soppy girl story. If you are a young teenage girl with the reading age around the end of primary school I whole heartedly recommend this.
